Are you lacking an inspirational and to-the-point speech at your event, conference, meeting, etc.? All three authors are experienced and well-known for giving engaging speeches at more prominent events in their native languages and English. Decision-making, sustainability, Lean, and change management are just a few topics they can speak on and adjust to the specific audience and context.
For many boards of directors or steering committees, decision-making is a key discipline. To ensure the board has a strong focus on efficient decision-making, process optimization, and sustainability, it can be wise to ask for this specifically as a competence of one or more board members. All three authors have experience with this and could offer their support to relevant boards and steering committees.
Do you need an engaging and fun workshop to engage and kick-start a first discussion of decision-making in your organization or project? We can deliver a fun and interactive workshop where you get a glimpse of why decision-making might be complex and inspiration on where to start to discuss methods, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Do you need support to start a discussion on decision-making methods and processes in your organization? In a one-day workshop, we can teach you the fundamental decision-making theory and support a test decision or simple decision-making within your organization. This will give you a flavor of what it will take to introduce more formalized decision-making and will be a good kick-start for this process.
If you need to make a multidisciplinary decision but do not yet have a trained and experienced facilitator within your organization, we could support you by facilitating a one-off decision. This will help you reach a decision while also introducing the participants to our methods.
We recommend training a group of facilitators to fully benefit from improved decision-making. This will include both theory and hands-on experience over time. We know from experience and research that it takes training and two or more workshops of facilitation with guidance from an experienced coach to fully understand the depth of the method and avoid falling back to business as usual when under pressure.
For newly educated facilitators, it can be useful to have a coach to discuss dilemmas and challenges. We know being a decision facilitator often gets people out of their comfort zone, as it includes leading both specialists and managers at various levels. To stay true to the method and theory while still being able to adapt to certain contexts and circumstances, having a coach to discuss with can be useful.
